The Food Sensitivity Institute was founded in 2021 by Registered Dietitian Chelsea Macias. FSI is a multifaceted nutrition consulting company that focuses on creating a conducive environment for people with chronic disease to exist easier in their bodies! Our specialties are for people with gastrointestinal disease, hormone disease, and autoimmune disease. We work with restaurants to provide nutrition information, safety training, allergen labeling, and recipe development. 

We help businesses prepare for the future of wellness demands in the culinary and commercial spaces. We especially love working with businesses to provide impactful and motivational employee wellness programs.
