Our company offers leadership coaching, mentoring, and training through an extensive application of coursework, workshops, book clubs, and other solutions designed to grow leaders. We do not take a cookie cutter approach to leadership development. Each solution we offer is customized to the individual needs of our clients and can be targeted to all levels of the organization.
We believe that the acquisition of a title or position that identifies someone as a leader is not the end of a journey. In fact, we believe it is the beginning of a journey. A journey that focuses on growing that leader and enhancing their ability to lead other people. Becoming an effective leader is a choice. The problem many leaders face is they do not understand what leading means or how they get started on their journey.

Leadership Development: Leadership Coaching is offered in a one-on-one setting and would eventually be available online. Mentoring and Training is normally offered in a small/large group setting at variable times convenient to the client. Workshops and Book Club meetings would be available online.

Employee Engagement – Over the past several years the topic of employee engagement has become a national discussion with companies concerned about employee productivity and turnover. We help our clients gain insight into concepts of employee engagement, identify any existing issues and assist in developing a plan to address identified problems.
Relationship Development – It’s been said that relationships are everything. We agree. Relationships are the key to effective leadership, productive selling, employee satisfaction, and more. The ability to develop and enhance personal relationships is a critical skill at all levels of the organization. Relationship development is a learnable skill. We provide a top down approach to driving those skills into all areas of the organization.
