Now, you’re able to automatically self-resolve any fraud issues. You are contacted via text message, phone call and email if there is suspected fraud on your account. All you need to do is respond directly to the text, call or email! Below is the new Fraud Alert process:
- Your card is suspended to prevent any further transactions
- You'll receive a text message from the number 96923 asking you to verify or reject the transaction in question
- If you do not respond to the text message within five minutes, the same message is sent to you via email
- If you do not respond to the email within five minutes, you will receive a phone call from the number 800.237.8990
- If you miss the text message, email and phone call, you need to call 855.293.2456 to confirm or reject the transaction and unlock your card
