Use our SmartPay portal to make loan payments, add or change accounts, and more!
How to Create an User Account
- Go to ExtracoBanks.com
- Click on the orange Secure Login button at the top right corner of the page
- Select Loan Payment from the dropdown menu
- When you arrive on SmartPay, select Create an Account
- Under User Registration, fill in your preferred username as well as your information
- Once registered, your browser will send you back to the Loan Payment Home Screen
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address from EPSCustomerSupport@jackhenry.com
- Using your temporary password, log into the SmartPay portal and create a new password.
How to Make a Payment Without a User Account
- Go to ExtracoBanks.com
- Click on the orange Secure Login button at the top right corner of the page
- Select Loan Payment from the dropdown menu
- When you arrive on SmartPay, select Make a Payment
- Enter your first name, last 4 of social, and date of birth
- Once your loan information appears, click Pay on the right side of the loan status
- The system defaults to the total amount due, but you can specify another amount
- Once payment amount is correct, select Continue
- On the next screen, you may select Review Payment Options to return to the previous screen
- Fill in the required fields
- View the Confirmation page to ensure everything is correct
- Click Agree & Submit
Note: Payments submitted after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day.
How to Adjust Payment Accounts
- To adjust saved payment accounts, customer must have a user account.
- Login to SmartPay using the credentials created above
- When in the platform, select Edit Payment Options at the top right of the screen
- From the list of saved Payment Options, click the arrow on the right side of the list
- Select Edit
- Modify any of the saved fields and push Update to save your changes
- To delete a payment option, simply click Delete
- To add a payment option, click + Add Payment Option
